Last week we held our first annual 826 National meeting, bringing together the executive directors and staff of 826 Valencia, 826NYC, 826LA, as well as Chicago, Seattle and Ann Arbor, all set to open their doors later this year.

It was an incredibly inspiring two days concentrated on pooling the collective creativity and experience of each chapter. We were thrilled to host them in our new space and tickled that they were all able to attend the book release party for our first 826LA publication, Rhythm of the Chain. We can’t wait until next year to, once again, see how far we’ve all come. Many thanks go to 826 Valencia’s Nínive Calegari for making it a truly spectacular week.
