EPRICoTT (Echo Park Research Institute Concerning Time Travel)
Taught by Mike Jamoom
Limited to 8 students, ages 8-12
Saturday, April 19, 2008
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
This workshop takes place at 826LA East
1714 Sunset Blvd., Echo Park, CA 90026

EPRICoTT is committed to an assertive solution to one of mankind's greatest mysteries: traversing time. EPRICoTT is the world's premier research institute in exploring the farthest reaches of the fourth dimension. Whether it's unlocking the past or basking in the advances of the future, EPRICoTT aims to discover humanity's story and release its powerful potential to the present.

TT101 - Introduction to Time Travel
Introductory course covering fundamentals of the temporal arts. Curriculum includes a history of time travel, review of time travel in literature and popular culture, the scientific theories behind time travel, and time travel ethics & consequences*. Students will audit a demonstration of EPRICoTT's prototype personal time machine—it's head and shoulders ahead of its time—without the shoulders!

TT102 - Time Travel Laboratory
One-hour lab applying concepts learned in TT101. Students will implement TT101 knowledge to mission plan for forays into the near past and distant future. Lab includes a guided tour of the EPRICoTT Apricott™, EPRICoTT's own time vehicle. Depending on the progression of EPRICoTT Apricott™ developmental test efforts, students may get to observe and even collect data** for the Apricott™'s initial operational test mission!

*Please note: TT101 students will learn not only how to avoid disastrous time travel consequences, but also how to correct those consequences via specifically-targeted letters to the past and/or future.
**Expertise in TT101 time travel consequences correction techniques, via letters to the past and/or future, is a prerequisite.
