New-to-LA cartoonist Keith Knight will teach an intense workshop that covers the nuts and bolts of newspaper, magazine, and autobio cartooning (no superheroes!), from thought bubbles to word balloons, from character design to the use of odd sound effects. This class is not for the weak!

Keith Knight is the Harvey Award-winning creator of several comic strips, including "the K Chronicles", "(th)ink", and "the Knight Life." He is a regular contributor to MAD and ESPN the magazine.
